Dublin Culture Night

September 19th, 2008....

On culture night lots of museums and historical/cultural buildings were opened all night and had free tours. There were also many street bands and performers. The city was alive and had a wonderful feeling. They should have made it culture weekend though, because there was no way to get to all the great venues. But we all had a grand time. We went to St. Patrick’s Church and then to Christ Church Cathedral and the crypts. We also hung out in Temple Bar and on Grafton Street. To finish off the night we went to Merrion Square and watched the movie Once that was projected onto the side of the building. It was a really cool night.
